In light of Elektron's updated stance on custom firmware, and to be on the side of caution, I will not be uploading my firmwares as complete syx files anymore, and will be using a patcher approach going forward.

I kindly ask that people do not distribute my firmware as complete syx files going forward.

I will be removing syx files from my GitHub and website for the time being while I create a patcher, which I'm hoping to have ready in October as I'm really busy at the moment.

1. Please backup your projects before updating. This custom firmware is a work in progress, so there will be bugs, regressions, etc. and your project data could be put at risk.

2. Beta builds may contain destructive changes from build to build. Therefore I strongly recommend against working on anything critical on beta builds. If you want to live on the edge, please carefully read the changelog before each update.

3. SONG slots 13-32 have been removed to make room for extended data. If you have anything on those slots, back them up first, or move them to slots 1-12. Any SONG data remaining in slots 13-32 will become corrupted on boot. Snapshot data stored on the +DRIVE is preserved, as long as you don't overwrite it while the custom firmware is installed.

If you find a bug, please open an issue for it. Make sure to mention which firmware version you are using. It would also be great to provide steps to reproduce the issue, if known.
